Etchu Tabe is an Entrepreneur and founder of AINA GLOBAL. He began his first scholastic years at a private institution as a Pre-Med student at Brewton Parker College, Georgia, U.S.A, and took on a Business Communication major with a minor in psychology / human sciences at Georgia Southwestern State University in Georgia, U.S.A. Etchu is also an accredited and certified CPM and Marketing Specialist. As founder of the Helsinki-based consultancy that provides marketing strategy, project management, client acquisition, and event management services to international companies and organizations, Etchu gained his stripes and global expertise in part to his time spent at The British & Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce - a chamber with partners, affiliates, initiatives, and projects in 53+ countries.
As a former Programme Officer at the British & Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce in Finland, Etchu managed a variety of projects for a variety of industries, using events to highlight business initiatives and societal challenges, bringing together industries, organizations, individuals and experts in collaboration to mitigate or solve challenges.

Pia Puolakka is the leading force at the RISE AI project developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications for offender management. She is also a member of the EuroPris ICT Expert group and part of the Council of Europe’s Council for Penological Cooperation (PC-CP) expert group developing recommendations for the use of AI in corrections and she was the project manager of the pilot project for Elements of AI (One of the earliest AI courses). From 2018-2022, she was a project manager for the Smart Prison project implementing Finland’s first cell devices with digital services to a new women’s prison. Her current post as a head of the team includes the operative management of various rehabilitative, digital, and security services in prisons and probations.
